30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging. Items must be in new, unused condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

1. Contact us at faq@genejoshua.com to initiate a return
2. Pack the item securely in original packaging
3. Include your order number and reason for return
4. Ship to the address provided in our response

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

For size exchanges, please contact us first to ensure your desired size is available. Exchange shipping is free for domestic orders.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, and worn or damaged items cannot be returned.
